Clicks.Watch time.Revenue.

You already know the edit is the bottleneck. Three tracks fix it — long-form, shorts and thumbnails — priced upfront, no cut of your revenue. When the channel is ready to earn like a business, there's a fourth.

Why good channels stall

The problem
01

The edit dies at minute two

You filmed something good. The cut buries it four minutes deep and the graph falls off a cliff before anyone gets there.

02

Nobody clicks, nobody watches

A great video with a weak thumbnail is a great video nobody sees. Most channels lose that fight before the video gets a chance.

03

You are the bottleneck

Filming, editing, designing, pitching, invoicing. The channel grows exactly as fast as the one person doing everything.

Three things,

Upfront pricing
01

Long-form editing

Retention-first cuts. Pacing, story structure, B-roll, sound design and motion graphics built to hold attention past the drop-off — not just trim the silences.

02

Shorts & Reels

Hooks that land inside three seconds. Cut fresh or pulled from your long-form, formatted for Shorts, Reels and TikTok with captions and pattern breaks that survive a fast thumb.

High-CTR thumbnails

Concepts before pixels. Designed against what already works in your niche, built as variants worth testing, and always paired to the title — never bolted on at the end.

Launch what you own

Most creators rent their income — from the algorithm, from sponsors, from whoever is paying that month. This is the opposite. We help you build, launch and scale a product that is actually yours: a digital product, a service, a cohort, whatever fits your niche and your audience.

Strategic consultancy across the whole thing — shaping the product, building the sales funnel, optimising distribution, and running the launch at scale. Not brand deals. Something with your name on it.

How it starts

Four steps
01

Book a call

Fifteen minutes. Your channel, your goals, and an honest read on what is holding it back.

02

Scope and quote

Formats, volume, turnaround and cost — in writing, before anyone starts editing.

03

Pilot deliverable

We make the first piece so you judge the work, not the pitch.

04

Find the rhythm

A fixed weekly cadence, so uploads stop depending on how your week went.

You're probably thinking

Straight answers

I've been burned by editors before.

Most creators have. That's why we start with one paid pilot, not a contract. You judge finished work, and if it misses you've lost a project rather than a quarter.

I can find someone cheaper.

You can, and sometimes that's the right call. Cheap editing bills you elsewhere: turnaround that slips, direction you re-explain weekly, and a retention graph nobody watches.

I don't want to manage another vendor.

You won't. You send footage, the pipeline runs on an agreed weekly rhythm. If a project needs chasing, we've failed at the thing you hired us for.

My niche is too specific.

Specific is usually easier, not harder. What decides whether a video lands — the packaging, the first thirty seconds, where the cut falls — doesn't change between one subject and another. Before we start we study the best-performing videos in your space, which is preparation, not a skill we'd be acquiring on your budget.

Quick answers

FAQ
What do I send you to start?

A Drive link with your raw footage, your logo and fonts if you have them, and two or three channels whose style you like. That's it.

How long does an edit take?

Long-form runs 3–5 working days, shorts 24–48 hours, thumbnails 24 hours. Your exact turnaround is locked into the scope before we start, so it's a commitment rather than an average.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds on every deliverable, included. A full re-cut after that gets quoted separately so nobody is guessing what's covered.

What does it cost?

It depends on volume, turnaround and format, so you get a real number on the call rather than a rate card that fits nobody. Editing and thumbnails are always upfront — never a cut of your revenue.

Do you work in my niche?

Yes. We work across niches rather than inside one, because retention and packaging aren't topic-specific — the craft transfers, the reference set changes. If we genuinely aren't the right fit for what you make, we'll tell you on the call rather than find out halfway through a retainer.

Who owns the files?

You do. Final exports and project files, always. Leaving is never designed to be painful.

What if I hate the first cut?

You get a re-cut at no charge. If it's still wrong after that, we part ways and you keep everything we made.
